Our clinicians are trained in a variety of trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ competent and culturally competent methods designed to help you through your individual Journey. In our first few sessions with you, we establish safety and confidentiality, understand your unique experiences, define goals from your perspective, and create a treatment plan to reach those goals.
Once we embark on your Journey to a Trauma Informed Life, we revisit your goals and plan at least every three months to ensure you are pleased with your progress. Once your goals are completed, we slowly decrease how often we meet until it is time to end our relationship. Don’t worry about contacting us again when something comes up! Once you become a “Journeyer,” our doors are open for you to return when you need to!
